This was our first time using an In-Home IV service, so we contacted Infuse regarding a basic bag + B Complex IV. They replied quickly and professionally, giving us details and important information about the service.
The RN, Sofia, arrived at our house exact at the scheduled time and was very nice! The service took about an hour and Sofia was present for the entire service to ensure everything went well
As for the IV solution, the difference is day and night! Before the service, my father was very tried, sleepy, and his skin pigment was very pale as he was fighting dehydration.
Immediately after the IV, his skin pigment returned back to normal and his energy returned back to normal! His health has drastically improved as he hasn't looked this good in weeks!

I called and was able to have someone from their awesome team of registered nurses come to my house immediately. From start to finish, I was met with incredible customer service, transparency and care. The test only took 10-15 minutes to administer, and it was easy, painless and extremely convenient. Due to my underlying health conditions, I have been unable to visit a COVID testing sight myself. Thank you, infuse, for the immediate results!
